Belle-Ripe, producers of wood shavings made entirely in Quebec!
Our mission : Quality
Our mission is to provide you with superior-quality products and services.
Why? Because we believe it’s important to raise the quality standards of producers when it comes to wood shavings, which have a substantial impact on their animals’ health, their production and, ultimately, their bottom line.
Belle-Ripe’s strength lies first and foremost in the priority that we give to our customers, which drives us to continuously improve in order to meet their needs.
Equipment and location
A unique, ultra-high-performance dryer
We’re very proud of our dryer, and rightly so! We are the only wood shavings producer in Quebec to use this process. Our dryer, which can reach temperatures between 750 and 900° F, sterilizes the wood shavings to eliminate all possible sources of contamination, providing your animals with unparalleled protection against bacteria.
This process also results in moisture levels as low as 10-12%. There’s no question that our dryer is responsible for producing an exceptional-quality product.
The acquisition of leading-edge debarking, planing, sieving, drying, and shipping equipment, as well as the construction of a plant, warehouse, and offices, attest to the importance that the company places on producing a high-quality product.
Our main customers
Farmers and breeders from all sectors appreciate the profitable advantages of Belle-Ripe. Dairy, poultry, porcine, and bovine producers, horse breeders and owners, small and domestic animal breeders, as well as retailers, such as mills, can now be assured of high quality and consistent supply year round.
Belle-Ripe was founded in October 2011, thanks to one idea, one goal, two founders, and one partner, businessman Claude Beauvillier of CBR Laser.
Day after day, the company pursues its mission of offering quality products to its customers.
“THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS LIES IN THE COMBINATION OF OUR HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS, OUR EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE STRICT STANDARDS THAT WE UPHOLD.”
